libclass-objecttemplate-perl software package provides Perl extension for an optimized template builder base class, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-objecttemplate-perl
libclass-objecttemplate-perl is installed in your system.
